Erica Bestpitch is the Senior HR & Operations Associate at MediaJustice. She is responsible for supporting compliance, culture, and operational functions. She brings over a decade of values-driven managerial and HR experience from the non-profit and public education sectors. Erica is inspired to make work more people-centered, life-affirming and easeful for everyone involved. She has recently achieved certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution. She enjoys getting nerdy about transformative feminist leadership and organizational development. In her free time, Erica enjoys being with her family and their animals, and finding natural bodies of water to splash around in.
